Open Door Policy
(Yes, we actually have doors!) P&M has an open-door policy whereby staff members are encouraged to talk with team partners, buddies and other leaders about questions, problems or career development at any time.

Saturday Daycare
P&M provides free, onsite childcare on Saturdays during tax season to ease the family stress of extra work hours.

Free Parking
Free parking? Downtown Cleveland? It’s true! All staff receive complimentary parking.

Flex Time
At Plante & Moran, staff members aren’t locked in to a 9 to 5 workday. Long before the term flex-time was coined, Plante & Moran held the belief that most staff members could schedule their own hours within reason, as long as client needs are met. This is a huge bonus for our staff.

Ball Games and Clam Bakes
All work and no play? Not at P&M! From Cleveland Indian games in the summer to clam bakes in the fall, we take time out to enjoy ourselves and each other.

Community Involvement
We genuinely care about our communities and encourage staff to use their personal and professional skills to improve them. P&Mers respond through a variety of community and charitable outlets, including:
