Gender, race, age, even office location and level of education — they’re all pieces of the ultimate puzzle.

That’s why Plante & Moran created a Diversity Council whose goal is to guide the firm toward long-term success and growth. The keys to success? Improving client service, staff satisfaction and identifying opportunities to engender a thriving and diverse environment. The Council’s goals are to:

  • Continuously foster a fair and equitable culture
  • Continuously foster fair and equitable external relationships with clients, vendors, and our communities
  • Seek a level of diversity among qualified staff and partners that reflects our communities
  • Demonstrate that promoting diversity results in positive business results (tangible and intangible)

We’re encouraged by what we’ve accomplished, but we realize we still have far to go. The one thing that we’re certain of, however, is that we’re moving in the right direction — together.
