Cleveland upgrades
to ERP system

When Cleveland, Ohio, had to replace its financial software applications, the city hired Plante & Moran to assist in finding the replacement. We helped the city incorporate this needed upgrade into a holistic effort to integrate data and processes into one single Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system. 

We helped write the request for proposal (RFP), then solicited and analyzed the proposals, managed the due diligence process and assisted with the vendor selection.  

The City is investing several million dollars over the next few years to implement the new system to streamline business processes and provide better information to decision makers.
