Collaboration Program

Oakland County, MI (population 1.2 million), often honored for pioneering good government practices, hired Plante & Moran to help local officials in the county explore opportunities for sharing services. Since the program began, Plante & Moran has helped over 25 cities and townships evaluate police, fire, dispatch, transportation, economic development, and general government consolidation options.
