MxManage is the one management tool that provides you with the means to retrieve, organize and display information that has been gathered by completion of residents’ comprehensive Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments. It provides your staff with priority information they need to organize, plan and implement a proactive quality assurance program.
Our clients have found MxManage invaluable in identifying residents whom regulators will likely review, in accessing information to prepare for the survey, in targeting and analyzing residents’ acuity needs and, importantly, in distributing the resources to meet those needs.
The information generated by the MxManage report includes more than 380 performance measurement indicators. It’s designed to maximize your management’s effectiveness by retrieving and organizing information about your facility’s performance as a whole.
MxManage is the only product available that not only organizes the resident data and provides reports, it also cues your staff with questions that benefit certification compliance and have a direct impact upon the quality of care delivered.
MxManage also includes a reimbursement optimization analysis of your average ADL score, a review of Medicare therapy utilization and direct care staffing projections. In addition, for states such as Ohio and Indiana, it provides an analysis of your RUGs case mix score and Medicaid therapy utilization. Our recommendations, once implemented, generally pay for the costs of MxManage many times over.
MxManage Real Time is a web-based version of MxManage that provides users with real time access to clinical and reimbursement reviews of a facility’s most current and past MDS data. Users can then immediately make necessary and appropriate changes in documentation before files are sent to the state. They can also address individual resident needs and more quickly implement actions that optimize care. There is no limit to the number of users or the number of times data can be submitted or reports accessed.
