Plante & Moran PLLC to Open an Office in Downtown Columbus

Dublin, Ohio--- Jan. 22, 2004---
Plante & Moran, PLLC, the 11th largest CPA and consulting firm in the United States announced today that they plan to move to the Capitol Square Office Building at 65 E. State St. in Downtown Columbus. The relocation will merge the firm’s Dublin and Lancaster offices and strategically rounds out Plante & Moran’s geographic footprint in Central Ohio. The new Central Ohio office will be home to more than 65 staff.

“Downtown Columbus is the heartbeat of the City and the State,” said Robert Shenton, Central Ohio office managing partner. “We strongly believe it is the best place for us to continue our growth in Central Ohio because it better serves our clients’ needs, places us closer to many of our major bank and law firm referral sources, and offers our staff the personal and business benefits that accompany a downtown location.”

In addition to the new office in Columbus, Plante & Moran has Ohio offices in Toledo and Cleveland, as well as 11 offices in Michigan.
