Ownership Changes Hands for Plante & Moran

Southfield, Michigan, -- April 19, 2005 -- Plante & Moran and Mark Cleary today announced the planned transition of management from Plante & Moran CRESA, LLC leader, Mark Cleary, to the remaining partners in the organization that provides corporate real estate services to businesses and government entities. This transaction includes the transfer of Cleary’s interest to the remaining CRESA partners, and concludes his affiliation with the organization he introduced to the firm more than 10 years ago.
Plante & Moran Managing Partner Bill Hermann credited Cleary with introducing the CRESA service platform to the firm, and wished him well in all future endeavors. “Plante & Moran CRESA will continue to provide our clients with the unique collection of corporate real estate services that Mark introduced in 1994, including acquisition, financing, and national site selection, as well as both owner and tenant representation,” Hermann said. Plante & Moran CRESA, LLC is an affiliate of CRESA Partners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm.
Bill Lichwalla, who is currently a partner with Plante & Moran CRESA, will assume leadership of the group.
