When Can I Contact the Plante & Moran Help Desk?


Hours of Operation:

Standard Hours:

7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Tax Season Hours:

M-F 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Network / Systems Maintenance Window

To keep our systems operating smoothly, and to provide an opportunity for our Technology Services Team to upgrade our systems, we have had a regularly scheduled maintenance period for the past few years.

This regularly scheduled maintenance period is every week from 8:00 p.m. Friday through 3:00 a.m. Saturday.

During this maintenance period, any of the following systems might be unavailable while maintenance is performed:

  • Sametime (Lotus Instant Messaging & Web Conferencing)
  • E-mail messaging and calendaring
  • Internet access
  • Dial-in access
  • Office LAN's
  • WAN Connections
  • Quickplace (Lotus Team Workspace)

Please keep this in mind as you plan your schedule. If you are interested in whether or not a particular system will be available on a particular Friday evening, please contact the Technology Services Team at 248.223.3123.

On occasion, emergences require us to perform maintenance outside of this regularly scheduled period, however we would expect these occasions to be rare.
