P&M Corporate Finance Expands Investment Banking Team 

Southfield, Chicago, and Cleveland (August 9, 2007)P&M Corporate Finance, a boutique middle-market investment banking firm, is pleased to announce the recent addition of five professionals to the firm. New additions include:

Gene Bitonti joins P&M Corporate Finance as a vice president with the firm’s industrials practice. Bitonti has a broad range of investment banking experience including buy and sell-side M&A advisory, shareholder recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, and the private placement of senior and subordinated debt. Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, he served as a vice president with Stout Risius Ross Advisors, LLC where he advised clients in the automotive and metals industries. Bitonti earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA with a dual emphasis in Accounting and Finance from The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University.


Eric Wozniak joins the firm’s Southfield office as an associate in the life sciences practice. Wozniak assists clients in all aspects of investment banking services, from sell-side and buy side advisory and placements of debt and equity, to business valuation and strategic advisory services. Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, Wozniak was a senior associate at Woodward Capital Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm. Wozniak is the co-founder and board member for Cause-2-Celebrate, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising money for various children’s charities.

Ken Alozie joins P&M Corporate Finance as an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, Alozie worked in the Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers and in the Client Advisory Group at Marsh & McLennan Companies with clients spanning a number of industries including manufacturing, construction, financial institutions, real estate and retail. He earned a BA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan.

Michael Jamison joins the firm’s Southfield office as an associate in the life sciences practice. Jamison previously worked as an associate in the Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers and as a relationship manager with Wachovia Corporation. He earned a BA from the University of Michigan, a MS from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

William Blake
joins the firm’s Southfield office as an analyst in the life sciences practice. Blake was previously a treasury analyst with ArvinMeritor Inc. and graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with a BBA in finance and accounting.
