Fred’ Treuhaft's background includes more than 25 years of experience in all phases of closely held business, tax, estate, strategic and family wealth planning. He works closely with company succession planning and transition during business cycles, mergers, and acquisitions. He was one of the founding Partners of NCOT Accounting & Consulting, which merged with Plante & Moran. Prior to NCOT, Fred was with the Tax Department in the Toledo office of Price Waterhouse.
Fred received his bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Toledo. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a board member of Toledo Area Planned Giving Council, Jewish Senior Service Supporting Organization, and Tyner Family Supporting Organization. Fred is a board member and investment chairman of the Toledo Jewish Community Foundation. He serves as the treasurer for the Great Lakes Center for Autism, is a member of the Business Advisory Council of the University of Toledo, and advisory board member for University of Toledo Center for Family Business.
