Paul has 15 years of consulting experience in the areas of litigation, valuation and business insurance claims. He has evaluated and calculated lost profits, increased costs and time value of money in over 200 cases. Paul’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, privately-held businesses, and individuals. Paul’s experience includes expert testimony in Federal and State Courts on economic loss and business valuation issues. In addition, he has given numerous speeches and presentations on those topics.
Paul is an active member of several professional organizations including: American Society of Appraisers – Accredited Senior Appraiser (“ASA”), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE Candidate), Institute of Management Accountants, and National Association of Forensic Economics.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from the University of Michigan, and an Employer-Sponsored CPE, Accounting, from Texas A&M University.
