Peggy Haw Jury, CPA, CFE

Peggy Haw Jury is an audit principal with Plante & Moran PLLC with over 25 years of audit and accounting experience. She performs forensic accounting work and is a project team leader for fraud investigations.

Peggy has worked on numerous forensic projects including court appointment in a Ponzi scheme which resulted in criminal prosecution, fraud investigations, embezzlement determinations, and shareholder dispute resolution. In many of these cases, she has also testified in court.

Peggy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She is on the Executive Committee of the MACPA, MACPA Corporate Leadership Task Force and a member of the Michigan Committee on Governmental Accounting and Auditing. She is a Director and past Chairman of the Flint Chamber of Commerce and President of Genesee Chamber Foundation. She is a member of the Accounting-Data Processing, Citizen/Lay Advisory Committee for Charles Stewart Mott Community College, Treasurer of the State-wide Services for Hearing Impaired and on the Board of Directors of Fentura Bancorp, Inc., and Davison State Bank. Peggy received the 1999 Athena Award from the Flint Area Chamber of Commerce and was the 1993 recipient of the YWCA Nina Mills Women of Achievement Award in the corporate category for her leadership and community contributions.
