During these tougher economic conditions, Plante & Moran is trying to help manufacturing companies reduce cost, and improve cycle time in their program management processes. The first step in this improvement process is benchmarking current program management practices. We would like to include your organization in this data collection process. As a result of completing the enclosed survey, you will receive the following two reports:
1) A personalized analysis of your program management processes as they compare to "best practice" information. This will help you identify and target specific areas of improvement within your organization.
2) A compilation of all the data we receive from this survey, which will identify the maturity level of program management systems within manufacturing companies today. This will allow you to compare your program management practices against other organizations.
In addition to the survey, Plante and Moran will investigate the coordination of industry wide focus groups to help drive improvement in Program Management. If your company is interested in participating in these focus groups, please make sure you complete the appropriate section on the last page of the survey.
