That’s why Plante & Moran created the Diversity Council — to guide the accounting and audit consulting firm toward long-term success and growth through improving client service and staff satisfaction. The Diversity Council, made up of a cross-section of active and retired partners and staff, advises firm leaders, tracks the firm’s progress, and identifies opportunities to promote a thriving and diverse environment. In addition, the Council recommends strategic action steps that will contribute to the firm’s ability to understand, embrace, and effectively manage human differences.
