The three rotating webinar topics are:
- What Do You Do for the Next Round? Many business leaders have implemented deep cost cutting plans in recent years and are now asking, “What’s next?” A team of Plante & Moran experts will outline industry specific opportunities to position organizations to take full advantage of the upswing. Issues to be addressed include cost management strategies to improve working capital so companies will have the cash needed to fund inventories and receivables when demand picks up.
- What’s New on the Tax Front? Specialists in federal, state, local, and international tax will cover tax issues that affect business profits and personal income; they will also take the mystery out of year-end tax planning. Plus, there will be discussion on emerging tax legislation in Michigan.
- Is Simpler Better? Join accounting standards experts discussing the pros and cons of the newly introduced international accounting language (IFRS), the financial reporting language in 100 countries. This webinar is geared to small to medium-sized companies already doing business globally, as well as those who are considering global operations.
