Plante & Moran Elects 9 New Partners and One Affiliated Entity Member


Southfield, Mich.
— Plante & Moran, PLLC, one of the nation’s largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms, has elected nine new partners and one affiliated entity member.

Jeff Antaya, CPA, serves as chief marketing officer. His responsibilities include all marketing, communications, public relations, social media and media relations, issues management and related communication activities for the firm.

Dori Drayton, CPA, CFP®, is an officer of Plante & Moran Financial Advisors. Her practice focuses on investment and wealth planning and preservation strategies for high net worth individuals, companies and governmental entities. Drayton’s specialties include investment consulting to retirement plans, fiduciary compliance and trustee education, portfolio construction and manager search and due diligence.

Michelle M. Goss, CPA, focuses on providing clients in the insurance, K-12 education and not-for-profit industries with a wide range of audit tax and consulting services, including financial statement engagements, tax consulting, strategic planning and general business consulting.

William W. Henson, CPA, focuses on international tax, specifically cross-border tax planning and compliance for U.S.-based multinational businesses and foreign investments into the United States.

Ken Julien focuses on providing strategic planning, performance incentive systems, operations improvement, technology selection and deployment services to clients in the real estate and construction industries. He also provides costing and estimating services to a variety of industries, particularly manufacturing and construction.

Nate Lewis, CPA, focuses on providing audit and tax services for manufacturing, distribution and service companies with international operations. He also specializes in employee benefit plan audits and related compliance matters.

Betsy Rust, CPA, specializes in assisting clients in the senior care and living industry with third-party payer reimbursement, operational efficiency and financial feasibility projects.

Kimber Smail, CPA, focuses on providing clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry with audit and tax services. In addition, she oversees audit and tax-related assignments for defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans and health and welfare/voluntary employee beneficiary association plans.

Gerald Stein, CPA, leads the firm’s manufacturing and distribution tax practice. His practice consists of overall coordination of tax services to his clients, which consist primarily of middle-market companies, including family- and private-equity-owned businesses.

Brandon Podolski was elected an entity member. He provides industrial sector leadership in real estate transaction management. He specializes in site selection, leasing, sales, development and corporate real estate strategy for some of the most distinguished corporate clients in Michigan and across the nation.
