Plante Moran's Jason Marvin inducted into GVSU Accounting Hall of Fame

Grand Rapids, Mich., – Jason Marvin, a partner with Plante Moran, PLLC was inducted into the Grand Valley State University Accounting Hall of Fame.
The Accounting Hall of Fame was created to recognize accounting alumni who have excelled in their profession and to motivate current accounting students and other alumni by showing them the opportunities that are available to them. Marvin recently accepted the honor during the Annual Accounting Awards Banquet, where several students received scholarships as well.
Marvin, who is a certified public accountant, joined Plante Moran in 1997 and became a partner in 2009. He focuses his practice on providing audit, review, compilation, tax and business advisory services for clients in the manufacturing, distribution and construction industries. He leads the West Michigan construction and real estate practice and the Grand Rapids manufacturing and distribution practice.
Marvin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Construction Financial Management Association and the Associated Builders and Contractors.
He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Grand Valley State University.
