Chicago – Plante Moran, one of the nation’s largest public accounting and business advisory firms, is pleased to announce that Brian Morgan has joined the firm as a partner in its tax solutions group.

Morgan, who will work from the firm’s Chicago office, specializes in bringing accounting, tax, financial and business advisory solutions to a broad array of industry and specialty areas within the middle-market and large enterprises. “We’re thrilled to have Brian join our firm,” said Tom Kinder, Plante Moran’s Chicago managing partner. “He has a strong ability to guide business leaders through complex tax and finance challenges, helping them start, grow or sell their companies.”

Prior to joining Plante Moran, Morgan was a regional tax leader at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, where he managed the firm’s Chicago tax practice.

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s of taxation degree from DePaul University.
