Plante Moran Realpoint celebrates yet another record-breaking summer of construction

With many school districts now opting to start prior to Labor Day, the summer construction period has become even more compressed. Despite new and changing timelines, our K-12 capital projects team oversaw approximately $275 million in construction project value over an 11-week period this summer. These projects were aimed at improving educational environments for over 198,000 students across a record number of 30 districts, the most districts our team has assisted in a single summer.

Thank you to all the districts who have made us a part of their teams as they invest in their facilities. We couldn’t be prouder of the positive impact these projects will have on hundreds of thousands of students.
