Experience

As a consultant with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Max works on various projects across the firm’s real estate investment service groups, aiding with financial analysis, pro forma modeling, market research, and asset management.

Max is a motivated individual who prides himself on his eager nature and drive. Clients appreciate his personable demeanor, passion for the industry, and work ethic. His goal is to help clients achieve their real estate goals and assist with development projects that enhance the way communities and businesses operate.

Max primarily focuses on real estate development consulting and incentive procurement. He has been involved in three Transformational Brownfield Programs (TBP) throughout the State of Michigan, securing over $1B in incentives for his clients. He is largely involved with the Henry Ford Health, Michigan State University and Detroit Pistons mixed-use development that will bring over 600 new residential units and 300,000 square feet of research space to the City of Detroit. Max also has experience working with federal, state, and local programs such as historic tax credits, low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), tax increment financing (TIF) programs and HUD debt financing.

Max has a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business, where he majored in finance and minored in real estate investment management. Max is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Michigan, and actively involved with the Young Leaders Group of ULI Michigan and the Detroit Economic Club.
