On a biennial basis, the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA)
conducts the Community Bank Technology Survey. This effort recognizes the value and importance of technology to community banks, as technology enhances a bank’s ability to stay competitive and efficient in today’s marketplace.
The survey is sponsored and coordinated by Plante Moran, which provides a variety of financial and technology services to community banks. It is conducted to better understand the technology challenges facing community banks nationwide and to assess your bank’s needs. Because we’re dedicated to providing a meaningful resource to our survey participants, we’ll provide complete survey results to all who participate. The final report will enable you to evaluate your bank’s technology infrastructure compared to other community banks in your size range, while providing a guide that your bank may use when considering new technologies.
