Sarah Banks, Logistics Practice Leader and Senior Consultant at Plante & Moran, supports clients in the area of operational process improvement, transportation and supply chain management. Sarah has over 10 years domestic and international experience in the transportation and logistics industries. Her experience includes process assessment, design and improvement in the following areas: transportation management (air, ocean, rail, truck), demand forecasting, JIT (Just in Time) procedures, yield management, shipping documentation, customs/regulatory processes, invoicing, cargo claims, inventory management, distribution and cost recovery. Sarah is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Masters degree in Supply Chain Management.
