The current laws regarding healthcare reform were passed March 23, 2010. Since that date employers have struggled to understand the law’s requirements and develop a long-term benefit strategy that aligns compliance with the law and their business plans. The most significant changes are expected in 2014, but the federal government has offered only limited guidance to assist individuals and organizations as they prepare for 2014, leaving most people with more questions than answers.
During the webinar we will cover key milestones in the healthcare reform process and share the results of a survey we conducted which will give you an understanding of the marketplace and overall intent of organizations. We’ll also offer comments on the March 2012 Supreme Court hearings on healthcare reform and provide suggestions about the implications of healthcare reform.
