Our experienced government consultants will share ideas to help local governments address the financial challenges they are facing. Some examples of the ideas they will share include: leveraging excess capacity, revisiting retirement programs, becoming self-insured, and reviewing administrative fees to make sure reimbursements adequately cover costs.
At the conclusion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Define the current economic situation relative to government organizations
- Identify short-term and long-term solutions to help balance the budget
- Implement revenue-producing and cost-cutting ideas that they may not have been aware of prior to this session
