Regardless of the details of what happens in Washington, it is clear that health care is going to be facing sweeping changes. Our industry experts will discuss strategies to address the impact of reform including accountable care organizations (ACOs). They will outline the risks and opportunities of ACOs as well as various other proposed strategies. In addition, they will outline fundamental changes that health care providers can initiate to ensure their survival and to thrive, regardless of the outcome of health care reform.

- Describe the potential financial implications to their organizations of pending Medicare payment cuts
- Identify smart strategies for reducing costs to offset Medicare revenue reductions as well as potential new federal government funding sources
