Greater Operational Efficiency

 
The owners of a North American supplier of parts to the automotive and truck industries had only five months to acquire and implement a new ERP system. In conjunction with the ERP implementation, they also needed new networks, peripheral hardware to operate with ERP, phone systems, and assistance in identifying IT staffing requirements. We helped them quickly evaluate several ERP solutions, including hosted vs. on-premise options. Total cost of ownership and benefits were calculated over a five-year horizon. Contracts were reviewed and negotiated. The implementation was completed on time and on budget, and the client did not miss a single shipment of its more than 700 parts to its 55 customers. They also recognized cost savings with the chosen ERP solution and the new networks and phone systems.
