The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) recently released the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (a.k.a. the “Supercircular”) to streamline and consolidate guidance for grants administration, cost principles, and audit requirements into one document. These broad revisions are the most significant changes to occur to federal grants administration in recent history. Grant recipients will need to analyze the new guidance and determine how it will impact their organizations.
