Are you letting potential revenue slip through your fingers? Attend our presentation at the LeadingAge Indiana Spring Conference and Trade Show to learn how to improve your net operating income by identifying discrepancies between the cost to provide services and revenues generated by those services.

Conference picture abstractMany senior living communities don’t price services based on their actual cost, potentially putting pressure on their cash flow.

Please join us on Tuesday, May 3, at 9:00 a.m. for Plante Moran Living Forward’s informational seminar “More Science than Art: Properly Pricing Rent and Services” at the 2016 LeadingAge Indiana Spring Conference and Trade Show.

During the session, Manager Jamie Timoteo and I will explain how to:

  • Price services based on the actual cost of delivering services to ensure that operators are, at a minimum, covering expenses.
  • Identify which services generate a loss and services which make a profit.
  • Evaluate specific costs as they relate to services and compare that to the market demand pricing.
  • Determine which services should be provided and which should be avoided in an effort to manage expenses and enhance revenue.

You may also find Jamie, me, and others from the Plante Moran Living Forward team at Plante Moran’s booth, Booth #334, during the trade show on May 2. Please stop by if you get the chance. If you’d like to schedule a meeting or join us for a meal around the events of the conference, please let me know.

Plante Moran is the Mobile Sponsor of the event, which will be held at the Indianapolis Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, May 2-3, 2016.
