Bill joins a list of 50 other “names to know” in Crain’s go-to list of deal makers, developers, financiers, and landlords who are driving Detroit’s commercial real estate scene. He’s been in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 20 years as part of Plante Moran Cresa, which is currently working with Olympia Development of Michigan on the District Detroit project as well as a variety of other projects in and around Detroit.
