Plante Moran Living Forward presents "The Silver Tsunami: The Influx of Seniors and the Impact on Housing" to the members of the Realty Club of Chicago on November 18.

By the year 2060, older adults will number more than 98 million people. Real estate groups throughout the country have an eye toward senior living as the industry prepares for this unprecedented demographic shift. In our presentation “The Silver Tsunami — The Influx of Seniors and the Impact on Housing,” Plante Moran Living Forward Principal Dana Wollschlager and I will provide market insights into how the “silver tsunami” in our country will impact senior housing real estate, health care, and other critical economic drivers.
