Toledo, Ohio – Plante Moran, one of the nation’s largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms, has announced Yvonne McNulty has been named office managing partner for the firm’s Toledo location.
McNulty replaces Dave DiManna, who is the firm’s longest-serving office managing partner, with 17 years at the Toledo office.
As office managing partner, McNulty will continue to work on developing the Toledo staff as well as community involvement. She will continue her focus on serving healthcare and not-for-profit entities primarily in Ohio and Michigan, as well as construction contractors, real estate entities, manufacturers and distributors.
“Yvonne is known for being very strong technically and for her good work as a team builder and staff developer,” DiManna said. “She lived, worked and became a partner in Toledo, she is familiar with the office and she understands Toledo’s business community. It’s a homecoming of sorts.”
McNulty joined Plante Moran in 1996. Most recently, she has served as an audit partner and health care practice leader in Northern Ohio with a focus on audit, benchmarking, projections, start-up operations, strategy, acquisition analyses and accounting for business combinations.
McNulty is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Health Care Association, Leading Age, Health Care Financial Management Association, the Ohio Contractors Association and the Construction Financial Management Association. She received a bachelor’s degree from Walsh College in Troy, Mich.
Active in her community, she has served on many not-for-profit boards including the Scholars of Toledo Foundation, Achievement Centers for Children, and Adopt America Network.
A native of Toledo, McNulty currently resides in Holland.
