Plante Moran named Best Workplace by Fortune.com and Great Place to Work®
Fortune.com and Great Place to Work® have named Plante Moran to their lists of “50 Best Workplaces for Recent College Graduates” and “Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services.”
The inaugural “50 Best Workplaces for Recent College Graduates” lists, which ranks Plante Moran number 6, responds to an audience interested in workplaces where those just entering the workforce will find fulfilling careers. Winners were determined by taking into account the rate at which companies are adding new jobs year-over-year, number of staff who were recent college graduates, and staff survey responses related to workplace traits important to recent graduates.
To develop the “Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services” list, which ranks Plante Moran number 9, nearly 30,000 staff members in the consulting and professional services sector were surveyed about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace. The 20 companies with the highest ratings were selected for the list.
Both lists, which can be found at GreatPlacetoWork.com/Reviews, are part of Great Place to Work’s Recognition Program, which uses staff feedback gathered from its Trust Index© survey to recognize specific aspects of workplace culture.
