Team celebrating winning webinar contestPlante Moran, one of the nation’s largest certified public accounting, tax and consulting firms, has been named to FORTUNE magazine's list of "100 Best Companies to Work For" for the 21st consecutive year.

The full list, which was announced today, ranks Plante Moran No. 21 and will appear in the March 1 issue of FORTUNE magazine. Plante Moran has been named to the prestigious list each year it has applied.

"After 21 years on the ‘100 Best’ list, I can’t help but think about all that our firm has accomplished," said the firm’s Managing Partner Jim Proppe. "When I joined Plante Moran 35 years ago, we had just under three hundred staff and a handful of offices throughout Michigan. Today, we have more than 3,000 staff members that serve clients across the globe. There’s a lot to celebrate, but our biggest accomplishment is that we’ve achieved this growth without losing sight of our culture. In fact, we’d argue that our commitment to culture is the reason for our success."

Since 1999 when Plante Moran first appeared on the FORTUNE list, the firm has nearly quadrupled its staff, increased revenue by more than 500 percent, and expanded to 25 domestic and international offices. The firm now serves clients in all 50 U.S. states and 124 countries. Throughout this growth, the firm has shown that its "We Care" culture stands the test of time.
