Plante Moran named to “100 Best Workplaces for Millennials” list
Plante Moran has been recognized as one of 2019’s “Best Workplaces for Millennials” by Fortune.com and Great Place to Work ®. This is our third consecutive year on the list that includes 75 large companies and 25 small to mid-sized companies.
Companies are determined based on anonymous staff surveys on how millennials feel about three primary factors: overall great place to work metrics (such as respect and fairness), comparison to other generations, and a consistent demographic experience. For the survey, millennials are identified as those born between 1981 and 1997 — a generation known for their desire to work at firms with strong cultures. We’re grateful for their participation and candid feedback. Their input helps Plante Moran continue to be one of the nation’s best workplaces — year after year.
