This award recognizes professionals who have championed and implemented diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and initiatives within their organizations.

Beth is the management team sponsor of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion council. She’s also a founding member of our Women in Leadership initiative.

“To be successful in promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, you need to be empathetic, admit what you don’t know, and make a personal commitment to both educate yourself and put in the hard work,” said Firm Managing Partner Jim Proppe. “That’s Beth.
