Chris adds insight into every phase of a construction project and specializes in construction cost control management, schedule development and management, team motivation and management, and subcontractor coordination. His goal is to work collaboratively with architects/engineers, contractors, service providers, and technicians to deliver every client’s project on-time and within budget. Chris is currently a senior project manager on the Little Caesars Arena team.
Over his career, Chris has provided planning and construction guidance for an assortment of multimillion-dollar commercial, mission critical, light industrial, education, hospitality and residential projects for both public sector and private sector clients. His most recent projects include the $900 million Little Caesars Arena in downtown Detroit, the $69 million Royal Oak Civic Center campus (including a new police station, city hall, parking deck, park, and the connecting infrastructure) and the $135 million Warren Consolidated Schools bond program.
Other notable projects Chris has managed throughout his career include construction on Detroit’s Greektown Casino’s hotel and parking deck, a Ritz Carlton Hotel in Florida, a Space Station Processing Facility at the Kennedy Space Center for NASA, and a total of $190 million in improvement projects for four different school districts in the Detroit area. He is particularly proud of his work on the renovation and construction of two LEED-certified facilities: the $115 million, 250,000 SF Gaillard Performing Arts Center in Charleston, SC and Stratford Computer Center, a $240 million, 400,000 SF Tier III+ data center in Ontario, Canada.
Chris has an AAS in civil engineering technology and a BS in business administration from Michigan Technological University. He is a LEED-accredited professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and a member of USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council). He was recently on the Board of Directors for the ACE Mentor Program in Charleston, SC.
