Experience

I have more than 30 years of experience providing tax advice to manufacturing and distribution companies with an emphasis on internationally active organizations. I think of myself as a problem-solver — I’m cool under pressure and can sift through a maze of information and opposing viewpoints to identify the real issues, develop solutions, and move people forward. My expertise includes entity selection and structuring, tax planning for the acquisition and sale of businesses, resolution of employment tax matters, and representing taxpayers before the IRS and various state agencies.

Specializes In

I’m an enthusiastic sports fan; baseball and golf are my favorites. As a kid, I was certain that I’d play for the Detroit Tigers one day. Of course, I noticed that there were no women on the team yet, I remained hopeful.
