Experience

As a vice president for Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Samantha leads real estate market research, highest and best use analysis, financial feasibility analysis, due diligence, and similar analyses for a variety of clients.

As part of the real estate investment team, Samantha assists with developing strategies for ground-up and redevelopment projects. She has significant experience creating comprehensive market and feasibility studies for a variety of clients and working with religious communities in need of real estate repositioning or disposition strategies.

Prior to joining PMR, Samantha was a financial analyst at Alidade Capital in Birmingham, Mich. She was responsible for conducting market research on potential acquisition target markets and underwriting potential value-add acquisitions to develop precise valuation recommendations for primarily industrial and office properties.

Samantha received her Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. She received the Outstanding Real Estate Finance Award from her college for excellence in her major. Samantha is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Detroit.
