As a consultant with Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors (PMREIA), Chiara assists clients in various capacities, including investment strategy and analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, and asset positioning.
As a goal-oriented individual, Chiara actively listens to clients’ business or investment goals prior to providing solutions. Chiara finds deep satisfaction in providing clients with the knowledge needed to create the best possible solution for their needs. Moreover, she enjoys working with tangible assets and admires how real property can make a noticeable impact on communities.
Chiara joined PMREIA with experience from two internships. The most recent was with ACI Apartments, an apartment brokerage firm in San Diego, Cali., as a junior associate. In this role, Chiara assisted in creating property reports and obtaining the business of potential buyers and sellers of multifamily properties. Prior to ACI Apartments, Chiara worked at Black Iron Development, a specialty real estate investment firm based out of Southern California, where she worked with the development team to help clients with property development and buying decisions.
Chiara has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in finance and real estate from the University of Colorado–Boulder, Leeds School of Business. During her undergraduate career, Chiara was a member of the Real Estate Club and won two commercial real estate analyst competitions. She holds her public notary and real estate broker licenses in the state of Colorado and her real estate salesperson license in the state of California.
