Headshot of Elizabeth Maldin

I’ve always loved water. I began swimming competitively in third grade and continued through my senior year of college. I received a Division 1 NCAA scholarship to swim at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

As a leader in our financial services practice, I specialize in providing services to private equity, venture capital, broker-dealers, and asset management companies. Additionally, I’m a leader in our firm’s technology group where I serve various software and SaaS clients.

While I originally started down this path because of my attraction to numbers and math, I realized there’s much more to it. It’s about building relationships with our clients, prospects, and staff. I’ve developed a passion for mentoring to help people progress in their career. I’m proud to have taken on a significant leadership role in our growing financial services niche by leading training classes to develop our professionals as well as helping with business development.

I was named the 2019 Women to Watch “Emerging Leader” by the Colorado Society of CPAs (COCPA). I’m a member of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Fall 2018 Impact Denver class, where I helped to revamp the Animal Assisted Therapy Programs of Colorado. I belong to the AICPA and COCPA, and I’m actively involved with the Mile High United Way. I received my B.S. in financial economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and my M.B.A. from Loyola University.

I believe in staying active outside of work. I like hiking, running, yoga, and anything that involves being outside, as well as cheering for the Broncos, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
