Brian is a partner with Plante & Moran with over 18 years of public accounting experience specializing in the financial institution industry. He has extensive experience performing and supervising accounting, audit and tax engagements for several Community and SEC financial institution clients. 

Brian’s practice focuses on providing external and internal accounting, tax planning, and merger and acquisition accounting services to clients in the financial institution, real estate, and construction industries. Significant experience related to SEC reporting and regulations and Sarbanes Oxley 404 implementation and facilitation. Brian is a graduate of Wayne State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, where he is a member of the Financial Institutions Task Force.
