Cathy is Plante Moran’s Ohio Regional Manufacturing & Distribution practice leader. She is also a member of the firm's international advisory team. An audit specialist focusing on advising clients on industry trends and best practices, she is known for breaking down complex issues into components that are easily conquered and in developing creative alternatives to financial and business issues for both domestic and international clients.

Cathy has a number of International clients who have invested in operations in the United States.  While her clients are principally owned by Austrian, German and Japanese companies, she has worked with clients throughout Europe and Asia.

Cathy has 26 years of experience serving manufacturing, distribution, and service industry clients with local, national, and global activities. She’s often asked to speak to clients, their boards, and at industry conferences such as the Precision Metal Forming Association and Polymer Ohio about topics of current interest to business leaders. Recent topics have included best practices on performance management, leadership development, aligning business strategies, as well as current developments and changes in financial accounting and tax regulation and planning. Cathy has a B.A. in accounting from Walsh College.
