I’m an assurance partner with over 14 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. I bring extensive experience working with internationally and private equity-owned clients headquartered both in the United States and overseas.
I also provide business consulting services associated with complex accounting matters including business combinations, international operations, transactional structuring and due diligence, and IFRS and U.S. GAAP issues. I recognize the challenges my manufacturing clients face, and I work to provide proactive solutions to address them.
I belong to the MICPA and the AICPA, and I hold a B.A. and M.S. in accounting from Michigan State University.
