In my role as the real estate and construction industry segment leader for consulting services, I provide guidance regarding business strategy, technology, and costing techniques to improve a company's effectiveness and profitability. I specialize in margin analysis, field reporting, equipment/fleet management, inventory management, project management, strategic planning, and business technology assessment, selection, and deployment.
I love to understand how things are built and how they work, so focusing on the manufacturing and construction sectors was a natural fit. Consulting allows me to combine my industry passion with my love for problem-solving. During my 25 years at the firm, my greatest accomplishment has been bringing pragmatic solutions and insights to my clients. Colleagues and business leaders alike know me for doing what’s right — every time.
I’m a frequent author and speaker on a variety of topics impacting the industry, including the use of new technologies and best practices. I’m certified in inventory and production management through the Educational Society for Resource Management (formally APICS), and I have a residential builders license and a residential salesperson license. I hold a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Michigan.
When I’m not in the office or with clients, I enjoy woodworking and being in nature, whether that’s sailing, kayaking, or bicycling.
