As a consultant with Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors (PMREIA), Jason assists clients with all aspects of their real estate investments, including financial analysis, quarterly reporting, offering memorandum preparation, and evaluation of new investment opportunities. Because he supports clients with the technical aspects of real estate ownership and investment, Jason aims to quickly address questions and concerns so clients can make confident real estate decisions.
Prior to joining PMREIA, Jason gained experience as an asset management intern at Unibail-Rodamco Westfield, an international commercial real estate company in Los Angeles, Cali. Jason was responsible for assisting the operating managers in reviewing leases and granting rental abatements, as well as working alongside the development team to discuss potential deals and develop strategies to maximize asset value.
Jason has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he majored in real estate and finance.
