I am the real estate audit lead for the Rocky Mountain region. My clients include closely held businesses in both commercial and residential entities in the real estate, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. I specialize in financial audits and reviews, SEC reporting and compliance, initial and secondary public offerings, internal controls and assessments, and financial performance reviews.
With over 25 years of experience, my clients appreciate that I’m collaborative, proactive, and forward-thinking when discussing their business challenges. Beyond having the technical knowledge, I enjoy sharing industry insights and benchmarking strategies to help clients incorporate operational improvements that support long-term planning. Internally, I enjoy coaching younger colleagues, helping them to accomplish their career and personal goals.
I’m a member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs. I also serve on the boards of the Colorado State University Accounting Department and the Colorado Cleantech Industry Association. I attended Colorado State University, where I received a B.S. in accounting.
Over the years, I’ve regularly spoken at conferences and industry trade events and in front of governance bodies on topics ranging from new accounting pronouncements to SEC reporting and compliance.
When I’m not spending time at my children’s sporting events, I enjoy fishing, golfing, and skiing.
