With over 35 years of experience, I have supervised numerous accounting and auditing engagements for M&D companies. I also consult with audit teams and M&D companies on accounting and auditing issues and disclosure requirements.
As the industry technical leader for our M&D practice, I am at the forefront of developments in the profession and provide staff with interpretations and explanatory material on new professional pronouncements. I develop and teach accounting and auditing training programs for professional staff as well as perform pre-issuance quality control reviews to ensure that professional standards are maintained in actual practice.
I earned a B.B.A. in accounting from Purdue University and am a member of the AICPA and Michigan Association of CPAs.
