As leader of the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice for the state of Ohio, I provide pain-free audit and consulting work for more than 200 clients. While I focus on the senior care and living sector, I serve clients across all industries. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, employee stock ownership plans, and health and welfare benefit plans.
While I might initially win my clients over with my sense of humor, I stay invested in them over the course of our relationship. I believe in getting to know them on a personal level and making them feel as if they’re my highest priority — which they are.
I often present to boards of directors on audit results and industry updates. Because of my expertise — I personally oversee more than 50 plan audits per year — I also preside over firm training sessions for new team members in this practice area. I sit on the steering committee for the firm's employee benefit plan strategic planning initiative. I’m a member of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia University.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my friends. I also enjoy golfing and basketball.
