Chad is a leader with the firm’s healthcare practice. He is known for his analytical approach and for his ability to balance between a big-picture view and laser-like focus. Chad’s background includes serving larger, integrated, multi-hospital systems as well as community hospitals.

Chad dedicates 100 percent of his practice to the healthcare industry, including employee benefit plan auditing and HUD financial statement compliance. Most recently, he’s focused on advising health system clients regarding debt capacity analysis and quantifying the impact future changes in reimbursement and payor mix shifts will have on net revenues and access to capital.

As a leader of the firm’s national hospital industry practice, Chad is often asked to speak at industry conferences on topics ranging from accounting and auditing updates to mergers and acquisitions. He speaks annually to the Michigan Health & Hospital Association’s Governance Fellows program regarding health system financial statements and reimbursement and physician relations. He has a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Central Michigan University.
