Jim has an excellent track record of producing on-time and on-budget projects that meet or exceed profit projections. He does this by working with the owner and architect to maintain the budget and schedule from pre-construction to construction to completion.
He also has extensive experience in writing detailed bid packages, which ultimately minimizes project changes and provides the best buy for his clients. Because of these skills, Jim has been successful in developing repeat business with the majority of his clients.
Prior to joining Plante Moran Cresa, Jim was a project manager at Skanska USA Building, Inc., and Clark Construction Company, where he managed project teams for a variety of clients.
